The laundry fee for an extra linen change is R$80.00 for up to 2 guests or only towels for R$35.00. For linen changes when there are more than 2 guests, there will be a charge of R$60.00 for each additional guest. For extra washing of the blanket or duvet cover during your stay, the cost is R$30.00 per item. Payment should be made by Pix or bank transfer, and the details will be provided during your stay. If necessary, payment can be made in cash and must be arranged with the host in advance. There is a restaurant on the ground floor where breakfast is served. Breakfast is optional and should be paid for directly at the restaurant. It is also a great option for happy hour, lunch, and dinner. Ask the reception for restaurant hours and breakfast pricing. APARTMENT CLEANING: Basic cleaning is done every day by the flat's cleaning team. If you would like a specific cleaning time, please request it at reception by 3:00 p.m.
The private apartment located in the Flat Radisson faces Rua da Consolação and features a small kitchen for preparing simple meals. It has a King-size bed (2.00 x 1.98m) and also offers a sofa bed that accommodates up to two guests. Amenities include split air conditioning, a 32-inch TV with cable channels, a dining/work table, minibar, iron, and ironing board. There is no balcony. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, and blankets are provided. Linen changes (bed and bath) are offered for stays of 7 nights or more. Towel and linen changes before 7 days require an extra fee and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Free valet parking for one car is available at the Flat. Guests can enjoy the pool, sun deck, gym, and dry sauna located on the 20th floor, the top floor of the building, which offers a beautiful view of the city.
