CHECK-IN

For security reasons and to speed up your check-in, it is extremely important to send the full name of the guests and the document number that will be presented at the reception. Delay or lack of this information will result in a delay in check-in.

EXTRA LINEN The laundry fee for changing extra linen (bed and bath linens except duvet cover) is R$80.00 for up to 2 guests or towels only R$40.00 (2 face towels and 2 bath towels and 01 rug). For changing the linen when there are more than 02 guests, the amount of R$60.00 will be charged for each extra guest. For extra washing of the blanket or duvet cover, during the stay, the fee is R$40.00 per item. Payment must be made by Pix or deposit, the details of which will be provided during your stay. When necessary, payment can be made in cash and must be agreed with the hostess on how to make the payment.

CLEANING OF APARTMENTS:

Cleaning is done after check-out.

Cleaning is the guests' responsibility during their stay.

We ask that you keep the apartment clean and organized and do not move furniture around in order to avoid damage and losses to the parties and so that we can continue to rent it to other guests.

If you need a cleaning lady to clean it weekly or more than once a week, please ask the hostess who will indicate a trustworthy person from the team. Amount to be paid separately.

The cleaning charged in the Reservation refers only to the Post-Check-out Cleaning.

It is mandatory for guests to comply with the quiet hours established by the condominium:

from 10 pm to 9 am.

Drug users are not allowed in the apartment or in common areas. If detected, the guest will be charged a fine defined by the condominium rules.

It is an upscale neighborhood, with many excellent bars and restaurants, cafes and markets, as well as all the services available nearby and easy to reach on foot.

Kinoplex Itaim is 1.5 km away, about 8 minutes by car or 1.2 km on foot (17 minutes).
